The costs for hypnotherapy can be thought of as an INVESTMENT, because the strategy and aim behind solutioned focused hypnotherapy (SFHT) is to develop, together, a sustainable positive mindset that goes beyond the initial presenting problem. This is so that the original issue does not return and any other related issues are also addressed.

The number of sessions is guided by the client, a sensible approach is to start with one session and build from there to establishes a habit of positive action, positive interactions and positive thinking. This is referred to as the 3Ps strategy. When we do the 3P’s we increase the levels of the wellbeing neurotransmitter serotonin that makes us feel better.

And when we get into the habit of doing the 3Ps we feel happier, have greater courage and make better decisions in life. Better decisions mean less anxiety and depression etc.

First step is to get in contact with me.

We will then have a FREE initial consultation (on-line) to discuss what brought you to ACT-Hypnotherapy and what your best hopes are for the sessions.

During the consultation I'll gather some pertinent information. I will also share with you how the brain works, how we create the various negative emotions and more importantly what we can do about them. This will act as a road map as we go forward. A foundation for the therapy.

On completion of the consultation and agreement to enter into the therapy, we will book a time slot for the first session.

I will then give you an mp3 download to listen to, as often as possible, just before you go to sleep at night. So that you can begin the therapy straight away. We will see a difference.

The following week we will begin with the first session which is 1 hour.

I’ll explain exactly how hypnotherapy (as well as EFT and BLAST) helps and what’s involved, so you can decide whether hypnotherapy is the best approach for you.

The number of sessions you will need, depends on the reason that you have come to see me. Most people see lasting change by having between 8 to 12 sessions, sometimes less and sometimes more.

As a client you are always in control of the process.

ONLINE: Hypnotherapy is can be performed effectively on-line as demonstrated during covid and as experienced in my own practice. So if you would rather have hypnotherapy in a way that is convenient then this option is for you.
